Kamran Fallahpour, Ph.D — Clinical Psychologist, Director of BRC
Dr. Fallahpour is a licensed clinical psychologist, neuroscientist, and brain-computer interface (BCI) expert with over 25 years of experience in clinical and research applications of neurophysiology, health psychology, and brain health. He is the founder and director of Brain Resource Center, where he has helped thousands of patients attain optimal brain health. His approach integrates cutting-edge research from health psychology and neuroscience to develop personalized and integrated treatments for a diverse range of psychological and neuropsychological disorders. Specializing in neurotechnology, applied neuroscience, neuromodulation techniques, and brain mapping, Dr. Fallahpour helps clients enhance self-regulation, improve mood, and elevate cognitive performance.
Dr. Fallahpour’s research has been featured in prestigious publications like the American Association Psychiatry, Archives of Clinical Psychopathology, and Oxford Journals. He was involved in international trials seeking to identify biomarkers in depression and ADHD, contributing significantly to one of the largest databases of brain, cognitive, and genomic data across mental disorders.
Dr. Fallahpour is currently affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as a Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry and formerly affiliated with Columbia University College of Surgeons as an Instructor in Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt Hospital Center Department of Psychiatry.
Suzanne Falla, Ph.D — Organizational Development Executive
Dr. Suzanne Falla is an organizational neuroscientist and healthcare executive, who’s doctoral focus has been on improving human potential and performance. She has championed innovative and personalized neuroscientific approaches, transforming clinical and organizational settings.
As a healthcare executive, Dr. Falla has extensive experience in ensuring quality care and patient safety. Her unwavering commitment to performance improvement in young adults and enhancing the quality of life for the geriatric population has garnered immense respect within the industry. Her remarkable ability to drive productivity and ignite meaningful change has revolutionized the way people and organizations serve underprivileged communities.
With a comprehensive background in engineering science and psychology, specializing in organizational psychology and executive coaching, Dr. Falla takes a total systems analysis approach to her work. With her unique blend of expertise in behavior and systems, coupled with fluency in multiple foreign languages and cultures, she directs our Executive Coaching program and has extensively coached executives and officers in diverse fields such as finance, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and law.
